Shipping Policy
We charge a flat rate fee of $6.00 on all orders.
UPS Ground shipping is standard on all orders to the lower 48 United States.
There is a minimum order of $30.00 any order below the minimum will be charged a $10.00 low order fee.
Expedited UPS shipping is available to orders shipped to the lower 48 for additional fees. Please contact us by phone for any orders that require next day air, second day air or three day shipping. 1-800-222-3243
Shipping Policies to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Canada:
UPS Ground shipping is available to Alaska and Hawaii, for additional charges depending on weight. Please contact us for exact fees.
U.S.P.S. Priority shipping is available to Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Canada, for an additional $10.00 charge flat rate for small parcels only. Large shipments will cost extra depending on the weight. This will be added during processing to any order in those areas.

Approximate Shipping Time
Once you place your order it takes about 1 to 2 business days to process and ship out. This UPS ground shipping map shows the approximate shipping times in business days. That excludes weekends.
Returns & Exchange Policies
All Returns and Exchanges must be returned by no later than 30 days after receipt of the product. Products are to be in brand new condition, and in original packaging. We do not accept used implements for exchange or return.
There is a set Restocking fee of 20% for all Returns.
All Exchanges will include a $10 shipping fee.
There are NO returns or exchanges on the following items:
Brushes, Drills, Drill bits or parts, Sterile needles, Blades, or Credo brand products.

Warranty
Antoine de Paris ® offers a one year limited factory warranty on Antoine ® Brand tools. Original receipt from Antoine ® direct or authorized Antoine ® brand dealer must be provided with return of merchandise. We are not responsible for damaged tools by improper use or dropping, we cover factory manufactured defects only. Our implements are precise hand finished tools made for specific purposes, and use other then indented is not covered under our warranty.
Please send tools and all parts, with receipt to our address above. We are not responsible for any loss of tools that are not shipped to us properly or lost. Please insure all packages.
